Dawlish - New Build

JEB Building completed this exceptional bespoke new-build property in Dawlish, situated in a spectacular cliff-top location overlooking the Jurassic Coast.

This high-specification home presented a number of significant challenges due to its location, access and the complexities associated with constructing a substantial property on a coastal cliff-top site. Through detailed planning, careful project management and close coordination with the design team and specialist contractors, these challenges were successfully overcome.

The project was managed from the initial groundworks and foundations through to the final finishes, with every stage carefully coordinated to ensure the highest standards of construction and workmanship were maintained.

Particular attention was given to the relationship between the building and its surroundings, with the design making the most of the property's exceptional coastal position and panoramic sea views. The finished home combines contemporary design, high-quality materials and carefully considered detailing throughout.
